We send an invoice with the goods which we ask you to pay within 7 days if you are happy. If you're unhappy we'll either replace them, fix the problem, or you won't have to pay. Whatever you prefer.

Fresh Promotions also takes full responsibility for delivering your order in good condition. If the courier company damages the goods or they go missing we wear it.
